Will my subscription automatically renew?

All paid subscription plans (Lite, Pro, and Premium) are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle, whether that be annual or monthly, and you will see a charge on your account. As your billing cycle nears its end, please ensure that your payment method on file is up to date and has sufficient funds to cover the renewal.

If you used a promo code when you subscribed, these generally expire and your renewal charge will reflect the regular price. Please check the promotional terms to see how long the promotional discount lasts.

If you cancel your subscription prior to renewal, you will retain access to the plan until the end of the billing cycle (i.e., the end of the monthly or yearly period) but you will not be charged upon renewal and you will lose access to the product features that are tied to the plan level (e.g., maximum word counts, available essay uploads, etc.). All cancelled subscriptions revert to the free (Basic) plan upon expiry.
