How do I cancel my subscription?
We get it - there are times where you are not grading and need to take a break from EssayGrader. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time.
To cancel your plan, follow these steps:
Visit the account page: https://app.essaygrader.ai/account
Scroll down to the "Pause subscription" section.
Click "cancel subscription".
If you are on a free Basic plan then you will not see the pause or cancel options as there is nothing to cancel.
