How do I cancel my subscription?

We get it – there are times where you are not grading and need to take a break from EssayGrader. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time.


To cancel your plan, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Plans & Billing tab in Account Settings.
  2. Scroll down and select the Cancel Subscription button.
  3. Confirm your choice


If you are on a free Basic plan then you will not see the pause or cancel options as there is nothing to cancel.
