How do I pause my subscription?
We get it - there are times where you are not grading and need to take a break from EssayGrader. We've added the pause functionality to help with this.
Only monthly plans can be paused at this time. Yearly plans are already discounted based on average usage.
To pause your plan, follow these steps:
Visit the account page: https://app.essaygrader.ai/account
Scroll down to the "**Pause subscription**" section (shown in the screenshot below).
Click "**Pause subscription**" and follow the steps.
