What is your refund policy?

If you are not happy with EssayGrader, we will refund the last month for monthly plans, and a pro-rated amount for any yearly plans (based on the time left on the yearly plan). Just email our refunds team at refunds@essaygrader.ai.

Please note: It may take 5-10 business days for your refund to reach your bank account, depending on your bank, location, and the original method of payment.
