How do I delete my account and associated data?

If you wish to delete your entire account, rather than just pause or cancel your subscription plan, you may do so by following the steps below.

Select your account from the menu in the top right corner of each EssayGrader screen.

Look to the bottom of the Account Details tab to the Danger Zone and select Delete Account.

Confirm your decision to entirely delete your account and all associated data by typing the word DELETE into the input field.

This is not a reversible action. DO NOT DELETE if you may wish to use this account again.

If you wish to use EssayGrader in the future, you will need to create a new account and follow the steps to set up or import classes, assignments, and essays for grading.
