General guidelines

Personal data: retained for your active use of the service and as needed for legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement.
Usage data: kept for shorter periods unless needed to improve security or functionality.
Grading data: retained to support ongoing assignments, exports, and audit trails consistent with educational use cases.
