Key Steps

Step 1: Access Canvas URL 0:01

• Open your web browser and navigate to Canvas.
• Copy the URL from the address bar.
• Open the EssayGrader application.
• Paste the copied URL into the Canvas URL text box.

Step 2: Create an Access Token 0:16

• In Canvas, locate the account settings by clicking on 'Account'.
• Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
• Scroll down the Settings page until you find the 'New Access Token' button.

Step 3: Generate the Access Token 0:30

• Click on the 'New Access Token' button.
• In the Purpose field, enter 'EssayGrader'.
• Click on 'Generate Token'.
• Once the token is generated, copy the token displayed at the top.

Step 4: Complete the Integration 0:30

• Return to the EssayGrader application.
• Paste the copied access token into the access token text box.
• Click on 'Continue Import Details' to finalize the connection.
