Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Account Settings on the Plans & Billing tab. After cancellation via the platform, you’ll retain access until the end of your current monthly or annual billing period.

If you receive a refund, which must be requested by emailing refunds@essaygrader.ai, your account will be cancelled effective immediately. Generally, the first/current month of a subscription is payable, but the remainder may be refunded.
